Faturalarının ön yüzünün alt bölümünde iade konulu bir uyarı bulunan tüketiciler, Tüketici Hizmetleri Yönetmeliği’nin 37/7 maddesi kapsamında Müşteri Ödemeleri Sorgulama sayfası üzerinden TCKN/VKN veya tesisat numarası ile alacağının olup olmadığına dair sorgulama yapabilirler. Sorgulama neticesinde alacağı olan tüketicilerin, iadenin yapılacağı IBAN numaralarını en yakın Müşteri İlişkileri Merkezine giderek, bilgi@gedizelektrik.com.tr adresine e-posta atarak, 0850 800 0 186 numaralı iletişim merkezini arayarak veya bu linkte bulunan bilgi güncelleme formunu doldurarak bildirimde bulunmaları gerekmektedir.

EPDK'dan Yeni Fatura Uygulamasına ve Dağıtım Bedeline ilişkin Duyuru

Enerji Piyasası Düzenleme Kurumu’nun (EPDK) 23/07/2019 tarihli açıklamasında, ulusal tarifeden elektrik satın alan tüketicilere uygulanmak üzere ülke genelinde sade, anlaşılabilir ve gereksiz içerikten arındırılmış “kolay fatura” uygulamasına geçildiği belirtilmiştir. Söz konusu uygulama, basın açıklamasında da belirtildiği üzere, ulusal ulusal tarifeden elektrik satın alan, yani Perakende Satış Sözleşmesi olan müşterilerimiz için geçerlidir.

Uygulama, serbest tüketici niteliğini haiz olup Şirketimizle İndirimli Elektrik Sözleşmesi (İkili Anlaşma) yapan müşterilerimizi kapsamamaktadır. Ne var ki, serbest tüketici niteliğini haiz müşterilerimiz tarafından faturanın fiziki olarak talebi hâlinde, gönderilecek fatura görselinde aktif enerji bedeli ve dağıtım bedeli toplamı "Enerji Tüketim Bedeli" olarak yer alabilecektir. Mevcut İkili Anlaşma kapsamında taahhüt edilen indirim, sadece aktif enerji birim bedeline (perakende satış bedeli) ilişkin olup dağıtım bedelinden indirim yapılması söz konusu değildir.

İzmir Ekonomi Üniversitesi (İEÜ) ile yapmış olduğumuz işbirliğiyle faaliyete geçirdiğimiz Yetenek Yönetimi Projesi ile genç ve nitelikli insan kaynağı sağlamayı hedefliyor, İEÜ öğrencilerine mezun olacakları bölüm ve ilgi alanlarına göre istihdam sağlamayı öngörüyoruz. İş hayatında uzun soluklu tecrübe ve pratik yapma imkânı sağlayan projemiz sonrasında, performansını beğendiğimiz ve birlikte çalışmak istediğimiz öğrencilere, ihtiyaç oluşması durumunda iş teklifinde bulunuyoruz.

Değerlendirilecek öğrenci kitlemizi, 3. sınıf lisans öğrencileri ve meslek yüksekokulu 1. sınıflar arasından seçiyoruz.

Dear customers,

In compliance with the Articles 8 and 21 of Electricity Market Customer Services Regulation, you must contact our company in 10 workdays after this notice is placed, in order to pay the security deposit and to inform us of your current identification, address, and contact information. The retail contract signed with our company may be terminated by the consumer at any time without any justification and without penalty.
We would like to notify you that, if you do not contact our company in the indicated time frame to make the deposit payment and to inform us of your identity, address and contact information, your electric energy supply may be discontinued.


ELECTRICITY MARKET CUSTOMER SERVICES REGULATION

“Signing of retail sales agreement under the last resource supply”

Article 10 – (1) "In the case of termination of bilateral agreement of eligible consumer purchasing electricity energy and/or/ capacity with bilateral agreement, the related supplier in charge is responsible for providing electricity energy and/or capacity to the said consumer under the last resource supply.
(2) Under the first paragraph, the said eligible consumer is required to make application to the related supplier in charge to sign retail sales agreement within fifteen working days following the notice date of the related supplier in charge. The said agreement enters in force from the date on which supply of electricity energy and/or capacity starts under the last resource supply.
(3) In the case of not signing retail sales agreement during the period mentioned in Article 10 and 32, this case does not remove the obligation to pay consumption invoice arranged by the related supplier in charge. Electricity of consumer can be cut off if the said invoice is not paid after the second notice in accordance with Article 15.”

As a result of Regulation about Amendment on Balancing and Reconciliation Regulation and Electricity Market Law and Secondary Legislation numbered 6446 which comes into effect on 1 February 2017 and published in the official gazette on 14 January 2017, if your subscription is in the name of a real person Turkish Republic identity number or foreigner identity number in the user information is required to be updated, if it is in the name of legal entity, tax identification number, designated person’s name and surname, Turkish Republic identity number or foreigner identity number are required to be updated in the user information.
By Privacy Act numbered 6698 and published in the Official Gazette numbered 29677 on 7 April 2016, all kinds of required technical and administrative measures for proper security levels are taken by our company with the aim of;
Article 12 – (1)
a) preventing to process illegal personal data,
b) preventing to access personal data illegally,
c) providing personal data protection.

Energy Market Regulatory Board (EPDK) which simplified the electricity bills has removed the items like “Loss and Illegal Use Cost”, “Transmission Cost”, “PSH Cost” and “Meter Reading Cost” from the electricity bills to be valid as of 1 January 2016. Costs that are among components of the bill like “Energy Cost”, “Distribution Cost”, “Share of TRT”, “Energy Fund”, “and Electricity Consumption Tax” shall continue to appear in the bills. Dear Customers,

It has been detected that our customers in the cities and districts whom we provide retail electricty service are called by some people and state they call from Gediz Electricity and allege that they would make 30% discount in customers’ electricity bills. Accordingly they try to obtain customers’ personal information and within this scope they state that the customers are required to send some documents to their address through cargo or couriers in return for 15-45 TL and hence they try to cheat our customers. We would like to express that such people and organizations making calls within this scope have got no relations with our company thus in order not to experience a possible victimization we would kindly request that such deceptive promises are not considered, personal information are not shared and not any payment is made.

Payment Convenience with Credit Card

We have started providing our customers a convenience which would allow our customers to pay their bills with credit card. Our customers in Izmir and Manisa shall be able to pay their bills with the credit card in 2 to 9 instalments.

Consumers purchasing their energy from Gediz shall be able to pay their current electricity bills or they shall be able to pay the unpaid bills of previous months with the credit card in up to 9 instalments. Within the scope of the agreements made with Akbank (Axess Card), Denizbank (Bonus Card), İş Bankası (Maximum Card), Garanti Bankası (Bonus Card) and Yapı Kredi Bankası (World Card) it is not possible to make the payment as one credit card payment for electricity consumption bills. Delay interest that would emerge as a result of instalment payment is identified by the related banks and reflected on the customer.

At the end of agreements with banks mentioned above, Gediz customers have opportunity to pay their invoices with the credit card in instalments. Customers who want to pay their invoices with credit card in instalments, may learn the closest Customer Relations Center (CRC) and its address information via http://www.gediz.com/en/ClosestServicePoints
